This is especially helpful to Males, because there are 3 to 4 males on the these sites than there are  females. Sign in as often as you can, and do not use the sign/log off feature. That way your profile will stay in the "ONLINE" listings a little longer. Also note, that each time you log on, your profile gets moved up to the top of the stack in searches and listings of others, which also expands your chances of being reviewed by potential prospects.
